Chat not routing

Hi,

I´m using Workflow samples to try chat, but chat interactions are not applying the chat inbound strategy. I checked my connections not founding any problems…This is part of my URS Log

It is look like there is no strategy with name “asl_Chat inbound strategy” in URS memory (or VRP “asl_Chat inbound strategy” has no property “strategy” set for this URS to “asl_Chat inbound strategy”)
The reasons might be: script object “asl_Chat inbound strategy” doesn’t exist in configuration,
or it doesn’t have bytecode in its properties (in annex), or version of URS is realtively old and it was not able to load the bytecode
(if bytecode for example has utilizes function not implemented in this URS version).

May be check URS logs from the very beginning - anything it states about reading CfgScript “asl_Chat inbound strategy” from configuration (messages like PopCfgScript(DBID=…) creating/updating).

I tried copying the strategy, but it doesn´t worrk either!

I realize that if in the chat inbound strategy, i remove external service block, it´s working properly…Any ideas why is this block causing trouble? i´m using URS 7.5 ;D

RequestServiceEx was introduced starting from URS 8.0.1.
As any other startegy block External Service block generates some code fragment (which includes invocation of some functions) that URS will execute - you can look at generated str file in IRD working directory in importstr subdireectory after you press Compile button but before your dispose confirmation message box.
Previously this code for External Service included invocation of RequestService function, now it is looks like invoke RequestServiceEx function which is known only to newer URSes.
If you have IRD 7.5 you probably can use it to recompile/resave the strategy (after some editing of this External Service block) - code generated with 7.5 IRD supposed to use only functions knowm to 7.5 URS.

Make the Check Integrity mode on.

You have strategy Compilation error. New functions used in strategy at the time designing, not present in IRD version 7.5, so you are getting compilation error.

for function definition we can refer URS guide or you can get all small description in IRD installation path (There is a file ini file).
