hi all,

I get CFGAccessDenied when trying to start application in environnement 8.5.

my configuration server log on as Environment\default

and my application log on as System

is LRM mondatory in version 8.5 ?

Yes, LRM is mandatory and it is described in dep guide very well - so try to read the doc before create a topic.

Just fragment of the documentation statement:

LRM must be installed after Configuration Server and Genesys Administrator are installed
or
you must install LRM before you can install any Genesys Business Applications.

What is not clear on that?

Ermm…again, we are not associated with Genesys at all…Genesys support has its own web site and requirements. We are users as you. Just to clarify the fact that you may be expecting a 100% support and SLA…nothing of that here

Installing LRM and start it the first time enable the Configuration Server functionality , even if the LRM failed to start.

GCTI-188-40000 com.genesyslab.lrm.LrmServer cannot read license file from Config Server.
