HI
CCPulse workspace is blank. I have tried restarting the CCPulse stat servers. but that does not fix. Could you please let me know what could be the reason and how can we recover it.

What do you mean it is blank? Have you created a workspace? Was it working before? Can you share a screenshot to understand what you are facing?
1)connected to statServer
2)Choose object type
3)Choose Object
4)Click View then click objects
5)Right Click your objec then click Create Real time view
If someone else removed all the views from your workspace and clicked Yes when asked to save it then there is no way to recover it. That might be the case if your sharing your workspace with someone else.

Not sure exactly what you mean by blank. The only time I’ve seen nothing in the objects list on the left hand side it was because the user didn’t have read permissions on the hosts in CME.
Please check your template files storage folder. If your template files are not there, then it could be the reason behind blank workspace.

- Set full access to the folder, which has all .stg/xml files.
(CCpulse template, action, threshold,workspace file folder).
2)Still not able to create new workspace, share the folder and then try to create workspace.
