We have migrated ccpulse+ to win 10 but it does not work correctly with stat server,
for our displays we do not get stats returned and ccpulse hangs.
has anyone experienced this and any help to resolve.

Works for me withouy any problem. Enable CCpulse logs and see if there is anything on it
I can confirm that with early 8.1.1+ versions on W10 there were performance issues that could lead to application hang. This should be resolved in 8.1.100.5+ versions.
