I’ve yet another ques and this time it’s bout the CCPulse.
I’d installed CCPulse on my customer’s PC for them to monitor the call flows,etc and at the same
time they can also monitor the CCPulse via the wallboard display. My problem is, when i look at the wallboard display, the figures are contra from what they can see in their PC..What cud be the reason? Any ideas? Thank you.
Are both CCPulse pointing to same StatServer and templates?
