do you know if there is any way to get statistics through query/store procedure in ccpulse for outbound? or is there any way to develop change java extension
What are you trying to measure that already isn’t available?
No there is no way to hack the OCCStatExtension. That is to say there is no supported way to do so, you might be able to do it if you really put your mind to it but don’t expect Genesys to support the end result.
You can, however, customise the SR stored procedure, with any valid SQL, to populate up to five custom counters. Details of this are in the Outbound Deployment Guide, I think it is under the calling list object section.
