CCPulse last hour statistics

Hello,

I am using a sliding, lasthour profile to capture statistics in a ccpulse template, for the last hour. However I want this to update on the hour (1 PM, 2 PM, 3 PM) rather than at 40 minutes past which it is doing.

For example I am using the call answered stat :
sensitivity : 1
interval type: sliding, lasthour (within cme this is 3600:10)
notification: 3600
notification mode: time based.

A sliding time profile is constantly updating, what you have should give you the last 60 minutes, it does not reset every hour.

A growing profile will reset every x time.

So what you want is a growing profile starting on the hour and adding an hour: 0:00+1:00
