I’m working on an installation of CCA (first) and i’ve been getting a lot of Java errors. Because of these errors i can’t start some of the applications (it’s a testenvironment). Anyone else experienced this??? Is it only some versions???
Installing the clients (DMA, ETL Assistant) you need the correct version of JRE.
Do you have problem installing the server apps, too?
What version of CCA are you installing?
what version of JRE did you install?
I installed a 5.1.6 version of CCA and 1.3.? of JRE and had java
errors. I then was able to get 1.2.2 version of JRE from Genesys.
That fixed my errors.
I recently found out that R6 installs JRE 1.3.3 at sometime.
