HI,
I have a trouble with Interaction Workspace with a Tserver Aastra MXOne
When I start to login a agent, the IWS show me “No available channel for this place”
I saw the IWS logs and told me something about “Error impossible to create device virtual for the switch”, but when i try to Login with GAD or Genesys support Phone it Works!!!
- IWS version: 8.1.401.39
- Tserver Aastra MXONE version 8.1
- All roles allowed
- security.disabdisable-rbac - true (i’ve tried)
- Place, Extension created
- Permissions(security) of Tserver, Agent, IWS (full)
- Changed the version of IWS (later and last versions) and returned the same error!
