I have installed Genesys Administrator Extension, then I’m trying to login to Web, but there is an error have been appeared as below:
“Cannot login”
Please help me fix it

My opinion is, that the gax.properties file is not configured or you did not run the GAX in “root” mode

gax.properties file is configure as below:
http_port=8040
Can you please let me know how to run the GAX in “root” mode? 
Root mode means connect to GAX from the server itself.. I believe the username is root and the password is blank
But it only works from the host you’re installing GAX on.. its hard if you install on Linux but u can use an ssh tunnel to get around it
