Can i access more than 2 iws softphones from same machine.currently when i access 3 iws softphones connected to 3 different cisco phones using DSA. i did not find any issue in receiving calls or transferring.
i wanted to know, will there be any issue if we access multiple instances from same machine.

As far as I know .. If you are using IWS endpoint, then of course it will make an issue - but if you use Cisco endpoint which is outside the machine then you can use 3 IWS on same machine at a time.
With IWS SIP Endpoint you can use several instance of application at the same machine at one moment.
If more than one call arrive on a same machine then won’t it make an issue ?

3 IWS monitoring a single DN? Possible as SIP standards…but just why?
