I know it seems strange but we are still running CM5.1 here with an Avaya PABX. We have a problem which I am informed was fixed in patch 5.1.549.21. However Genesys do not seem to have a copy available for download. Do any of you guys have this in your personal library? If so I would really appreciate a copy.
