Call attached data not displayed for Inbound call through Asterisk

I have integrated Asterisk to Genesys SIP Server and created sample IVR application which collects input from user and transfer it to agent. I used InteractionData block to attach the user input. When i call the IVR app from agent extension, the Interaction Workspace displays the user data in Case Data window (Internal Call). However, when i call the IVR app from Asterisk extension the user data not displayed in case data window. I could not attach complete sip logs. Please let me know what configuration are required to display call attached data to agent.

And IVR is on Genesys level? As I wrote, be more specific in your description. No one has crystal ball. In your fragment of logs, in second case, I did not see any attach data from GVP application.

The IVR is on Genesys level. In SIP server application, under TServer options i have the following options configured related to userdata.

userdata-map-all-calls: true
userdata-map-trans-prefix: X-Genesys-
merged-user-data: main-over-merged
consult-user-data: seperate

Environment

Genesys SIP Server 8.1
GVP 8.5
URS 8.1
Asterisk pbx (Integrated with Genesys, Asterisk simply forward the call to genesys DID which is mapped to IVR profile)

Call Flow:

Dial Extn (647) from Asterisk extension forwards the call to Genesys DID 647 which are mapped to IVR profile
Genesys IVR collects inputs from user & used InteractionData block to attach the user data.
The call will be transferred to Routing Point (8101) where i loaded strategy to route call to AgentGroup1 if any agents are in Ready State.

Just deployment guide for SIP server. All depends on how to you attach data from VXML application - if through CTI or through SIP INFO messages, etc.
