The failover logic on the Virginia BYOC trunks is doing jack all when the primary carrier drops. Console throws a SIP 408 Request Timeout and the Play Prompt block won’t advance, even though the secondary trunk’s registered fine. Audio cuts out after 3 seconds and logs are spitting Media server connection refused on port 5061.
