My current config is completely failing… The schedule publish job fails with a 500 Internal Server Error when agents are routed through our BYOC Edge in Chicago.
The WFM API returns a timeout on the /api/v2/wfm/schedules endpoint despite the Edge health dashboard showing green status for the last 4 hours.
