Looking for advice on BYOC Edge latency when syncing WFM schedule changes. Agent shift swaps published in Genesys Cloud US1 take over 45 seconds to reflect on our on-prem Edge nodes, causing adherence violations. Is this a known limitation with the Edge connector version 2.4.1, or should we be adjusting the sync interval?
