Pushed the DDI porting manifest through the nightly Terraform run against mypurecloud.com.au Sydney BYOC edge. Console rejects the +61 ranges with a 403 on /api/v2/outbound/campaigns/contacts. Latency to the APAC gateway sits at 140ms right now, retries aren’t helping. ACMA checks pass locally but the edge sync just drops the batch.
