BYOC Edge S3 Upload Timeout for Legal Hold

Why does the /api/v2/recording/bulkexports job fails with a 504 Gateway Timeout specifically when the destination is a BYOC S3 bucket in eu-west-2?

The standard public cloud exports complete without issue, but the legal hold jobs targeting our private edge infrastructure hang for exactly 90 seconds before failing. The request ID logs show the Genesys Cloud service initiates the multipart upload but never receives the completion acknowledgment from the edge proxy. We have verified the IAM roles and network ACLs are permissive, yet the metadata chain of custody validation step seems to block the final commit. The error payload contains no specific S3 error code, just a generic timeout from the orchestrator. This is blocking a critical discovery request due at 17:00 GMT.
