Trying to make sense of why the webhook.execute node in Architect consistently returns a 502 Bad Gateway when routing through our BYOC Edge Gateway in eu-west-2. The target ServiceNow REST API endpoint responds correctly via direct curl, yet the Genesys Cloud 2024-12 release logs indicate a timeout after 30s. We are using standard TLS 1.2 certificates and the payload size is under 10KB. Is there a specific proxy configuration required for outbound calls from the Edge node to external SaaS platforms?
