Could someone clarify why the POST /api/v2/architect/flows returns 403 Forbidden when the BYOC edge tries to fetch Zendesk ticket metadata via the genesys.zendesk.connector? The Zendesk integration worked fine in the sandbox, but the production edge in eu-west-1 rejects the request with "error": "insufficient_scope". We are using genesys-cloud-sdk-js@3.2.1 and the OAuth token has architect:flow:view and integration:zendesk:read scopes.
