Configuring a SIP comunication from GEN to a Carrier in Mexico (TotalPlay)
The carrier receive the conection but with diferent IP Address as have to be so, this IP adrdresses are not allow to connect.
What I mean is GEN Session Description Protocol provide media IP addresses are different from the signaling IP addresses.
The signaling IP addresses provided to the Carrier are:
- 52.203.12.137 lb01.voice.use1.pure.cloud
- 54.82.241.192 lb02.voice.use1.pure.cloud
- 54.82.241.68 lb03.voice.use1.pure.cloud
- 54.82.188.43 lb04.voice.use1.pure.cloud
But whemn making a call the carrier receive another IP addres.
Does anyone know how to solve this issue?
