Bulk Export Job Stuck on 'PROCESSING' for WhatsApp Transcripts

POST /api/v2/analytics/conversations/details/query returns 202 Accepted, but the job status remains PROCESSING indefinitely for WhatsApp transcript exports. The environment is Genesys Cloud EU-West-1. No errors appear in the job details payload. S3 integration is active, and IAM policies are verified. The issue persists for queries spanning more than 48 hours. Is there a known limitation on date ranges for digital channel metadata aggregation, or is this a backend timeout issue?
