Bulk Export Job Stuck on Digital Channel Metadata

My current config is completely failing…

The bulk export job hangs at 10% completion for WhatsApp conversations. No error returned, but the status remains in_progress indefinitely. This happens in the EU-West environment. The chain of custody audit trail shows the job started but never transitions to completed. Is there a known issue with metadata extraction for digital channels?
