I’ve spent hours trying to figure out why the recording export job keeps failing. we are using the recording api to pull digital channel transcripts for a legal discovery request. the job fails immediately with a 403 forbidden error when trying to write to our s3 bucket. the bucket policy is correct and we have tested the iam role with a direct aws cli call which works fine. the issue seems specific to the genesys cloud integration. the environment is genesys cloud v3.5.2 in the london region. we are using the standard bulk export connector. the error log shows aws:securetransport condition not met but we are forcing tls 1.2. is there a specific header or payload structure required for digital channel metadata that is causing this? the chain of custody requires these exports to be complete and unaltered so any workaround is risky. we have checked the audit trail and the job status remains failed after 5 retries. any help would be appreciated as we have a deadline for this discovery request.
