Configuration is broken for some reason… The POST /api/v2/bulkexports/jobs endpoint returns a 400 Bad Request when filtering for digital channel interactions involving the new AI agent.
The filter object includes media_type: chat and ai_agent_id: eq 123. Legal discovery protocols require this specific metadata for chain of custody, but the API rejects the query.
