Just noticed that bulk export jobs for Webchat recordings are failing with a 504 Gateway Timeout when the source media is routed through our London BYOC Edge. The S3 integration receives the manifest, but the actual media files never arrive, causing chain of custody gaps for legal discovery requests.
- Verified network connectivity and firewall rules between the BYOC Edge and the S3 bucket endpoint.
- Confirmed the Recording API returns valid URLs for the media, but the bulk export service cannot fetch them within the timeout window.
