Bot Studio Zendesk API Integration 401 Error

Stuck on a problem and need help troubleshooting a 401 Unauthorized error when the Genesys Cloud bot attempts to fetch Zendesk ticket data via HTTP Request.

  1. Configured API key in Bot Studio settings.
  2. Added HTTP block to call Zendesk tickets API.
  3. Flow fails immediately with auth error despite valid credentials in Postman.

Environment: GC EU1, Zendesk Support Suite.
