Having some config trouble here when trying to import our Zendesk Help Center articles into a Genesys Cloud Bot. The POST to /api/v2/bots/{botId}/nlp/documents fails immediately. 400 Bad Request - Invalid Document Content. The JSON payload mirrors the Zendesk ticket structure we used before, but GC rejects the intent mapping. Is there a specific schema difference for NLP documents versus standard interactions? We are on the European West region.
