Bot Interaction API 503 on AP-Southeast-1 BYOC Trunks

Could use a hand troubleshooting this 503 Service Unavailable error when querying /api/v2/analytics/conversations/queries for bot interactions routed through our AP-Southeast-1 BYOC trunks. The request succeeds for PSTN but fails specifically for SIP trunked channels after the recent platform update. Any insights on regional bot analytics latency?
