Just noticed that the Bot Intent API returns 429 Too Many Requests when scaling concurrent sessions beyond 20 threads in JMeter 5.6. The load test targets the Genesys Cloud US1 environment. The script contains simple intent classification requests. It works fine with 5 threads. Increasing the thread count causes the error.
- Reduced thread count to 10, but error persists.
- Checked API rate limits, but they appear correct.
