Bot flow timeout under JMeter load

Looking for advice on handling bot flow timeouts when simulating high concurrency.

Pushing 500 threads via JMeter to the /api/v2/analytics/conversations/details endpoint. The bot architecture uses a simple intent match. After 200 concurrent requests, the response time spikes and we start seeing 504 Gateway Timeout errors.

Is this a platform rate limit issue or a WebSocket connection pool exhaustion problem? Running Genesys Cloud SDK v2.0.1.
