Bot fails to map Zendesk ticket ID during migration

Can’t get this config to load properly…

Trying to pass the Zendesk ticket ID as a custom attribute in Genesys Cloud Bot, but the integration fails silently.

Environment:

  • Genesys Cloud Build 2024.07
  • Zendesk API v2
  • Bot Builder v3

In Zendesk, macros just fire. Here, the bot seems to ignore the custom attribute mapping. Is there a specific field type required for this?
