Bot Builder intent mapping from Zendesk macros

What is the standard approach to map old Zendesk macros to Genesys Cloud Bot intents? The migration guide suggests using custom attributes, but the Bot Builder UI does not show a clear import path for legacy macro data.

We are stuck on the ‘intent’ configuration step. Every time we try to link a macro to an intent, the system returns a 400 error saying the attribute is read-only.

Any tips on how to handle this manually? We need to preserve the French support team’s workflow logic without rebuilding every single intent from scratch.
