Hello,
We have traditionally used CCPulse to display real time statistics on our wallboard however have found it restrictive in its presentation. Not sure if the latest version (8.0) changes anything but doesnt seem designed to do anything more than the basics for that purpose.
What are other applications/software available to do this?
Ive heard of Alcatel softpanel - does anyone else use this with Genesys?
