We’re using Genesys v5.1 TServer to connect to our Lucent G3 v6.1 switch. I have two questions related to configuring a backup TServer for redundancy.

Does G3 v6.1 support simultaneous connections from the primary and backup TServers? My initial tests failed miserably.

Can I configure the TServers as primary and backup and change the backup state to primary from another application without purchasing the TServer Backup Support Client (TBSC)?
