Avaya TSAPI T-Server Error: ATTPRV32.dll

Dear All,

This T-Server is relatively new, after installed, we’ve launch the T-Server & see this error “ayavatsapi_server.exe – Ordinal Not Found: The ordinal 55 could not be located in the dynamic link library ATTPRV32.dll”
Has anyone installed or test out this T-Server in lab or anywhere & face this error before?

okie, issue resolved.
The TSAPI version in AES has to be the same as the TSAPI Client install at T-Server.
T-Server will startup as normal.
