This is Avaya ASA question- sorry for posting here–
I am trying to import a range of agent ids - for which I put in the login ids, the native names as Advisors, entered COR, passwords and reentered them, SN and SLs…
when I run the task, I get Invalid Native Name or Script Tag- not sure what is wrong in my info-

Did anyone face the same? please let me know..

Just in case if someone else is trying the same…
Did some more researching and found a easy way to get those fields filled out.
I used Import data feature to do bulk import of agent ids.
Before that I exported a sample data and used the common data in it to import through excel.
