Can anyone tell me what asai settings are required on an Avaya CM?

I should add I’ve got the settings as per the Framework deployment guide, but still can’t deliver calls to an agent…

I suppose the vector on the VDN 6020 is programmed fine - otherwise you wouldn’t get the adjunct routing and therefore the response from Genesys. However, have you got Adjunct Routing licenses on your Avaya?
