Does anyone know what parameters need to be enabled in the Tserver config so that buttons presses on the telset are recognised as state changes by Genesys? We’re not using a Softphone.
Environment is Avaya AES Server, 7.1 Tserver with Avaya IP Telsets.

I understand that you are using the resources at your disposal but I cannot condone you asking questions in this free forum, so that you can use the information to answer questions from your paying customers.
I cannot abide this type of behaviour and I also cannot believe that you have the audacity to actually use a signature block advertising your service!
