Why does this setting in genesyscloud_flow cause a 400 Bad Request when defining IVR timeout actions? The HCL block for timeout_action seems valid but the API rejects it with invalid_flow_definition.
Provider genesyscloud v1.22.0. AU-1 environment. Manual UI config works, but IaC fails every time. Need correct syntax for timeout handling.
