Problem
The Architect IVR flow won’t connect to our Express webhook. GC version sits at 2024-2.234.1. The Node handler responds in under 200ms, but the flow throws a 504 right at the HTTP Request step. Logs show the payload hits the middleware fine. JWT validation passes. The timeout only triggers after the third menu selection.

Console is totally empty. Doing jack all on the debug side. It’s hanging on the second node.
