Architect IVR failing to route after WFM schedule publish

Having some config trouble here after the Friday schedule push. The IVR flow uses a Data Lookup to check agent availability based on the published schedule. Since the last update, the lookup returns empty for agents on ‘Available’ status in Chicago. The flow hangs at the queue node for 30 seconds before dropping. Logs show a 404 on the internal WFM sync endpoint. How do I force a cache refresh or re-trigger the data source sync in Architect to reflect the new schedule immediately?

Check your WFM data source connection status in Admin. The 404 suggests the sync link is broken, not just stale.

In Zendesk, we’d refresh the view. Here, go to Admin > Data Sources > Connections and test the WFM integration. If it fails, recreate the connection. Architect won’t cache what it can’t reach.
