Does anyone know why genesyscloud_architect_flow throws a 400 Bad Request when referencing a newly created data action ID? The resource deploys successfully via Terraform v1.36.0, but the flow validation fails immediately.
Error: “Invalid data action reference. Entity not found.” This happens during the initial plan apply. The ID is definitely correct. Is there a propagation delay for data actions in ap-southeast-2?
