just noticed that the get /api/v2/analytics/queues/summary endpoint is returning an empty array for handle time metrics, even though the performance dashboard shows active conversations. we are using the eu-west byoc environment. the architect flow is version 2024.02. is there a known delay or configuration issue causing the api to not reflect real-time queue activity? need this for our custom reporting integration.
