Dealing with a very strange bug here with the recording export api. when pulling digital channel transcripts via architect, the job fails with a 403 if legal hold flags are set on the media object. this is in the eu-west-1 region. anyone see this conflict between the bulk export job scope and the legal hold retention policy?
