Need some help troubleshooting… the recording export job for digital channels is dropping custom architect variables. we are using v3.5.2 in london. the s3 bucket receives the file but the metadata json is empty. this breaks our chain of custody for legal discovery. anyone else seeing this?
TL;DR: Check variable scope settings.
You might want to look at the data action configuration where these variables are defined. In Zendesk, custom fields are global by default, but Genesys requires explicit “outbound” mapping in the export data action to carry metadata to S3.
