Has anyone figured out why the Architect flow fails with a 503 Service Unavailable error when agent count spikes during the Chicago morning rush (America/Chicago)? We are running Genesys Cloud 2024.5 in US-East-1. The flow uses dynamic variables for shift preferences, but the script engine rejects them when concurrent users exceed 200. Error logs show timeout on the WFM data action integration. Is this a known limitation?
