What is the reason the Performance Dashboard fails to load agent-level metrics for specific Architect flows?
We are operating in the Europe/Paris region. The issue arises when an Architect flow routes calls to a legacy queue configuration. The dashboard throws a generic 500 Internal Server Error when attempting to view conversation details for these specific interactions. Standard queue routing works fine. We need to understand if this is a known limitation with legacy queue metadata in the current release cycle or if a specific flow parameter is causing the dashboard service to crash. The business requires accurate SLA tracking for these segments.
