I’ve spent hours trying to figure out why the Architect flow is dropping outbound calls routed through AP-Southeast-1 BYOC trunks with a 408 Request Timeout error. The flow uses a standard ‘Transfer to Queue’ block before the trunk.
“Ensure the timeout value exceeds the carrier’s maximum silence period.”
We set the timeout to 30s, but carriers require 45s. Adjusting the flow timeout causes Architect to hang indefinitely. How do we align this with carrier-specific SIP timers without breaking the flow logic?
