Architect Flow Data Action Timeout to ServiceNow Incident Table

Context:
Looking for advice on a specific timeout issue within our Genesys Cloud Architect flow. We are triggering a ServiceNow Data Action to create incidents from digital channel transcripts. The flow hangs at the “Get Data” step for exactly 30 seconds before returning a generic 504 Gateway Timeout. The ServiceNow MID server logs show the request never arrived. Our edge is EU-West-1.

Question:
Is there a known limitation with nested JSON payloads exceeding 2KB in the v1 Data Action connector, or should we be batching these requests differently?
